Mayor Alvin Brown, JAXUSA Association, a division of the Chamber of JAX, and community leaders today congratulated Web.com to create about 200 new jobs over the next two years, most new jobs planned special seat in Jacksonville.
Web.com offers a range of web services to businesses around the world is small, publicly traded company gradually developed while its initiation in Jacksonville in 1997 and currently has 450 employees on site. After the takeover in 2010, Register.com and Network Solutions in 2011 and tripled its revenue Web.com increased the number of its customers by 275,000 to nearly 3 million.
The new rates are editors, graphic artists, writers and Web compliance and technology management positions in marketing, finance and information. Compensation packages range from $ 25,000 to $ 150,000.

Web.com has more than 1,700 employees and operations in 14 offices in South America, North America and Great Britain. With the latest acquirement of Network Solutions, the company is expanding Jacksonville resources, distribution and commercialization of new customers to accelerate and strengthen support office for the other 2 million customers who now serves. Its workforce has grown 10 percent in Jacksonville in just the past two months.
