Dolphins Defense Surpassed the Bengals

The Miami Dolphins defense finally managed to take a late lead hold up and put an end to its successive overtime defeats, beating Cincinnati Bengals with 17-13 on Sunday, October 7 2012 at Paul Brown Stadium. The struggling Dolphins carried a lead into the fourth quarter for the fourth straight game and despite of the past numbers against the Jets and Cardinals, they turned the match against the Bengals who lost their chance for a great finish. The past two weeks appeared to be more depressing for their fans, when Dolphins broke twice in the overtime against their division rivals New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals. But, the Sunday's game ended better than what expected from Miami Dolphins.

Hurricanes Thrashed by Wildcats – Again!

They did it last year and this time, they did it more convincingly. K-State Wildcats beat Miami Hurricanes with a thumping 52-13 margin, proving that last year's win was no stroke-of-luck. The grim faced Hurricane fans hardly retorted to the exuberant Wildcats supporters who kept on throwing fire hoses of insults. The easy win was arguably one of K-State's most compelling wins against a notable opponent since quite a long time.

The 7-1 University of Miami women's tennis team - 12th in the nation - Boston College will meet in its third ACC game of the year recently at 12 p.m at the tennis center Neil Schiff. The Hurricanes will try to remain undefeated in the conference, set to improve their record to 3-0, but strong competition from the 48th-ranked Eagles.
