Miami to Host ACC Rival Boston College

The 7-1 University of Miami women's tennis team - 12th in the nation - Boston College will meet in its third ACC game of the year recently at 12 p.m at the tennis center Neil Schiff. The Hurricanes will try to remain undefeated in the conference, set to improve their record to 3-0, but strong competition from the 48th-ranked Eagles.

Howarth Earns Third-Team Regional Honors

Howarth Earns Third-Team Regional Honors

Upcoming leading forward Kate Howarth of Grand Blanc, Mich. was selected to the 2011 NCAA Women’s Division I All Southeast Third Team. Howarth began and played in 19 games of the 2011 season, capping a less successful season with 11 goals and seven assists on the season. She headed the team with 29 points and 45 shots, as well as three game-winning goals.
